Your primary liaison is our seasoned General Manager—backed by a senior coordinator from his hand-picked team—so someone who understands your vision is always a call away.
2. When do I first meet them?
We schedule an introductory call within 48 hours of booking, followed by an on-site walkthrough 60–90 days before your date (or sooner, if you prefer).
3. Will they be on site the entire wedding day?
Yes. Your contact (plus an assistant) is present from the first vendor arrival to your grand exit, ensuring every cue, toast, and table flip runs smoothly.
4. How do we stay in touch during planning?
You’ll have their direct phone and email.
5. Do they coordinate with my outside vendors?
Absolutely. We connect with each vendor, confirm requirements, share site maps, and remain their go-to for power, load-in timing, and last-minute questions.
6. Can they help refine my timeline or décor ideas?
They’re happy to suggest pacing, sunset photo windows, and layout tips drawn from hundreds of past weddings—while keeping your personal style front and center.
7. What happens if Mother Nature
disrupts our plans?
We’ll accommodate you the same weekend—shifting ceremony times, moving celebrations under cover, or activating our weather-contingency spaces—so your dream day flows smoothly, rain or shine,
at no extra venue fee.
8. How many event “spaces” are available?
From our shoreline ceremony lawn and waterfront deck to covered pavilions, breezy upper patios, and pop-up lounge nooks, we can transform and combine areas to fit your vision. Thanks to flexible layouts and modular décor options, the number of spaces is truly limited only by your imagination—and our team will help you shape each one.
